Take a break

Play an active role in your world, and yet spend some time apart from it as well. On a regular basis, take a break. Get some rest. Listen to nothing but quietness. Relax in empowering peacefulness. Recharge your spirit and re-focus your mind upon the things which are truly important to you.

What you achieve on the outside comes from the strength you have within. Keep that strength healthy, growing and well directed. Your power to create and accomplish can work against you or it can work for you. The guidance you give it, born of the strength of your spirit, will make all the difference.

Nourish the essence of your being with time and thought spent away from the clamor of a complex world and a busy life. Then get back in and give true meaning to every moment of that life.
