Get lucky

Luck is not a cause. It is an effect. Luck does not make things happen. It merely describes how things have already happened. Which is to say, we make our own luck. Luck is not a mysterious, arbitrary force. It happens for very real reasons.

There are things in this life over which you have control, and there are things over which you have little or no control. Both contribute to your luck. You can sway the balance decidedly in your favor by making sure those things under your control are moving you forward. Though circumstances beyond your control will not always be favorable, you can make sure that the circumstances you do control will indeed always work in your favor.

Through a positive focus, discipline, preparation, effort, and persistence anyone can get lucky. Good luck will be yours when you work your way toward it.
