Have a great day
Momentum is largely a matter of perception, and therein lies its power. When two or three disagreeable things happen, you suddenly see yourself as having a “bad” day. Once you’ve decided it’s a bad day, it truly becomes a bad day, not because of some outside force or twist of fate, but because of your own chosen perception.
A similar thing happens when you see yourself as having a “good” day. A couple of breaks go your way. Suddenly you see yourself as invincible. And in many ways you are. Your positive bias raises your energy level, your expectations and the effectiveness of what you do. Again, it’s not because you’ve received some kind of mystical power, but because you’ve convinced yourself that you’re having a positive day.
With that in mind, it’s easy to see how to turn each day into a great day. Just decide to make it so! Even those days which start on a negative note can take on a positive momentum when you understand that your momentum on any given day is, for the most part, up to you. Decide to have a great day -- and you most certainly will!
