Focused, effective action

There are plenty of wishes, plans and intentions. There are many fewer actual desired results. The gulf between intention and accomplishment can be traversed only by focused and effective action. Desire is a starting point, but it’s not enough just to want it. Planning is a necessary step, yet plans alone will not get you there. Trying is admirable, though just trying won’t quite do it.

Accomplishment results from focused, effective action. If you’re not getting the results you desire, either you’re not taking the necessary action, or that action is not focused clearly and consistently enough on the goal you seek, or the actions are not effective enough.

There are surely factors which work against you, and there are probably things which work in your favor. Yet they do not change the need for focused, effective action. It is an essential part of any success.

There is a path from here to there, from here to anywhere. Travel the required path with focused, effective action, and you will achieve whatever you desire.
