It is well to remember that the entire universe, with one trifling exception, is composed of others.

Free your expectations

What do you expect of yourself? What do you expect of others? In most cases, what you get is very close to what you expect. You’ll rarely earn more than you expect to earn. And you’ll rarely earn less. Other people will usually deal with you the way you expect them to.

To improve your results, first improve your expectations. When you truly expect to earn more money, you naturally find a way to do so. When you respect others enough to expect the best of them, they’ll come through with a stellar performance.

Base your expectations not on what has happened in the past. Rather, let your expectations be guided by what you desire for the future. Set your expectations free of the artificial limits imposed by previous disappointments. You have every reason to expect the very best for the future. When you do, you will most certainly find a way to make it happen.
