You are valuable

You are a valuable person. Your time is valuable. Treat it with respect, spend it wisely, and you’ll use it to bring richness to yourself and to those around you. Your thoughts are valuable. Keep them positive and they’ll contribute much value to the world. Your dreams and goals are valuable. They’ll pull you toward a life of real meaning and fulfillment.

The challenges and obstacles you face are valuable. They’ll compel you to grow. Your possibilities are valuable when you put forth the effort necessary to forge them into reality. Your knowledge and skills are valuable. They enable you to make a difference. Your opinions are valuable. They help you to understand the world and they help the world to understand you. Your love is valuable when you spread it to others, and becomes even more valuable as a result.

Your life is valuable. It is a treasure and a blessing for which there is no equal. See it for what it is, and live it for all it’s worth, every moment, every day, in every way.
