Strength in weakness

Strength can often have it’s origin in weakness. When you can find and understand your weaknesses, it enables you to build new strengths. Indeed, weakness is truly an opportunity, an opportunity to become meaningfully stronger. Weakness points out where your efforts can be most effectively applied.

Weakness is nothing to be ashamed of. It is simply something to be worked on. It is a pathway that can lead to achievement for those who are willing to follow it. The most successful people know that weaknesses are where small improvements can bring significant positive results.

Improving on your strengths is great, and will continue to bring incremental progress. Overcoming your weaknesses is even better, because it allows your strengths to shine through.

Have the courage to look at your weaknesses, understand them, work on them, and you’ll create powerful strengths that can continue to benefit you for a long time to come.
