Adapt

When you come upon a mountain standing in your path, start climbing. When you get to a stream, start swimming. When you come across something you don’t understand, start learning about it. When you require the assistance of others, start persuading.

One of your most powerful skills is your ability to adapt. Though you never know exactly what the challenges will be, you always can adapt your approach in order to deal with them.

When conditions change, you can change right along with them. And by so doing you can keep yourself moving steadily forward, no matter what.

Here is something of which you can be certain. The world will be a different place tomorrow than it is today. The changes will come, and with them will also come a world of positive opportunities. Be ready and willing to adapt, and the best of those opportunities will be yours to fulfill.
