You can choose

You can choose to curse this moment, or you can choose instead to see the possibilities that it offers. You can choose to stay in the shadows or you can choose instead to move into the surrounding light.

You can choose to make excuses for failure, or you can choose instead to put forth the real effort that brings success. You can choose to blame others for holding you back, or you can choose to encourage them steadily forward with you.

You can choose to be annoyed by events or you can choose to be inspired. You can choose to be dismayed or you can choose to be determined.

You can choose to fill your heart with resentment for the things that have not gone your way. Or you can choose to be filled with a level of gratitude that will bring true abundance to life.

Life is what it is, and will ever be so. Whatever it is that may come your way, you can choose how to live it.

And what you choose will always matter much, much more than what you happen to come across. Make your choice, stick with it, and life will be whatever you choose.
