Unfair advantages
There are people who have advantages that you don’t have. Instead of feeling resentful about that, make something beautiful and wonderful out of it.
There are advantages you have that others don’t have. Instead of feeling guilty about that, use your advantages to make a positive and valuable contribution to life.
Life is not fair, and we would not want it to be. For if life were completely fair, everyone would be exactly the same, and things would indeed be stagnant and tedious.
As it is, life is what you make of it, and what you choose is unique and different than what others choose. As a result of all those diverse choices, the world moves forward in new and fascinating ways that could never be imagined by anyone attempting to make it fair.
We each have our own burdens and our own joys, from both of which we can learn and grow. When we accept the fact that life is not fair, then we begin to make it great.
Though life is not fair, it is very much worth living. Though life is not fair, each person has the opportunity to make it magnificent in his or her own special way.
