Free from resentment
Do you ever feel resentment? From time to time, it might just enter your thoughts.
When and if it comes to you, acknowledge the resentment and then quickly let it go. The worst thing you can do is to hold on to your resentments for extended periods of time.
Resentment poisons your thinking and steals energy away from more positive, productive pursuits. When you’ve been wronged, your own resentment makes the damage even worse.
Admit your resentment, acknowledge it, feel it fully, and express it in whatever way, if any, you think you must. That will clear the way for you to then drop it completely and get on with life.
The only person your resentment hurts is you. So get away from it as quickly as you can.
Forgive, forget and start moving forward. Free yourself to be your best.
