Let joy be you

Instead of arguing against it, let the joy come. Instead of being held back by what you perceive as being wrong, let the joy come.

There is nothing to feel guilty or wistful about. Just let the joy come.

In this moment are plenty of opportunities for joy. And the thing is, joy does not even need opportunity.

Whether it is reasonable or not, let joy come and let joy be. It is perfectly fine to feel and it is perfectly beautiful to experience.

Though there are all kinds of problems, there are more places than ever for joy to abide. Let go of the worries, let go of the inhibitions, and let joy flow.

Joy demands no conditions, so don’t put any of your own conditions on it. Let joy be now, and let joy be you.
