Energy of your passion

Anger gives you energy, but it’s not positive energy and not very effective either. When you act only out of anger, frustration, fear or resentment, though your actions may be intense they won’t move you forward by much.

It is with calm, thoughtful action, driven by positive purpose, that you make real progress. Instead of flailing around with raw passion, choose to harness that energy and apply it in peaceful, intelligent ways.

You can make a big scene or you can make a big, positive difference. But usually you can’t do both.

If you care enough to get angry, then you can care enough to point the energy of your anger in a positive direction. When you care enough to get frustrated, then you can care enough to get beyond the frustration and into a more effective state.

Feel the energy of your passion, and use that powerful energy. But don’t allow it to push you toward bad decisions or destructive actions.

Give some time and thought to the way you express the passionate feelings that come from your purpose. And express them in the most positive, effective ways.
