Joyfully move on

That interruption, setback or disappointment is not the end of the world. So do yourself a favor and stop treating it as such.

Don’t make the negative things much worse than they are by getting all upset about them. Seek to let them go as quickly as possible, and to move on in a positive, meaningful way.

Taking everything too seriously weighs you down. Lighten up and let the power of joy into your life.

Problems will arise and disruptions will happen. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, remind yourself how fortunate you are that you’re able to successfully deal with those problems.

A negative development is not the end of the world. It can be the beginning of new skills, capabilities, wisdom and experience.

Let go of the tension and let yourself see the positive possibilities. Lighten up, and allow joy and gratitude to point the way forward.
