When something annoys you
Becoming annoyed helps you identify changes and improvements you can make. Staying annoyed, however, doesn’t do you any good.
When you feel annoyed, notice what your annoyance is telling you, and consider what you can do about it. Then, let the annoyance go.
Continuing to be annoyed just drains your energy and contaminates your attitude. Don’t do it.
Instead, just smile to yourself, and feel the power of your own choice. Then choose to move your thoughts on past whatever triggered your annoyance.
You have higher thoughts to think, better ways to feel, more useful things to do. You never have to let some little imperfection ruin any more of your precious time.
Plenty of things can be annoying. And you can quickly move far beyond every one of them.
