A Moment of Joy
A moment of true, unencumbered joy is worth more than pure gold. You’ll think more clearly, be more motivated, feel better and be healthier, when you regularly lose yourself in joy.
Not to learn. Not to look good on your resume. Not for someone else. Not to network or impress your friends. Just for you. Simply for the experience of being fully alive and letting yourself completely enjoy yourself.
Is that selfish? No. When you have more joy in your own life, you have more to give others. By experiencing joy, you let the true person inside come to life. And that person is overflowing with love, abundance and creativity that will add immensely to your life and the lives of those around you.
Let yourself be joyful, without guilt, without expectations. You’ll feel the power of that joy in every part of your life.
