Feedback

Always seek honest feedback from others in whatever you do. When you see your strengths and weaknesses through the eyes of others, you get a clearly defined path for improvement. And contined improvement will lead you to success.

Everyone who is now at the top, started out at the bottom. Every large, successful company was once a start-up operation. They all moved from the bottom to the top, through continual improvement.

Success depends on providing value to others. So it is crucial to know exactly how other people perceive the value you offer. Every day you have the opportunity to make incremental improvements in your work. Good, honest feedback from those who are affected by that work, will show you how to do that. It’s a valuable resource that can move you ahead.
