The price
It doesn’t matter how much you want. What really matters is how much you want it. The extent and complexity of the problem does not matter as much as does the willingness to solve it.
We often get caught up in the details of what we are trying to accomplish, without ever examining why we want it in the first place. The goal means nothing without the will to pursue it.
Everything of value has a price, and to experience the value we must be willing to pay the price. If ten million dollars in cash suddenly appeared on everyone’s doorstep tomorrow morning, of what use would it be to anyone? The value of money comes from the willingness of people to work for it, and to trade other items of value for it. If everyone had so much money that they were no longer willing to work for it, it would be worthless. If you take away the price that must be paid, you also take away the value. The two are inseparable.
Whatever you want, you can have. As long as you’re willing to pay the price.
