Frustrated?

Frustration can cloud your thinking and make a frustrating situation even worse. Whenever you become frustrated, it pays to step back for a moment and look at the reality of what’s going on.

Keep in mind that when you are frustrated you are not objective. Certainly you are facing legitimate and difficult challenges, but by the time you’ve reached the point of frustration those challenges are practically the sole objects of your focus.

Any time you become frustrated, that’s a strong and clear warning signal that you need to put your difficulties into perspective. Step back and see not only the obstacles, but also every good thing you have going for you.

You have available to you the energy, the ability, and the resources to meet your most difficult challenges and even to prosper in the face of them. You’ve done it before and you can do it now. See the positive possibilities. Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination.
